Description: Join us for an introduction to gender care for children and adolescents with a pediatric endocrinologist who is a nationally recognized expert in the field. This interactive workshop will explore treatment for gender expansive youth at each stage of development, including medical options to delay puberty and hormone therapy regimens. The session will also include special considerations for transgender adolescents such as family acceptance, dating, sexual health, and fertility preservation.
