Aging with Independence, Living with Purpose Living alone as we age can present challenges, but it also offers a sense of freedom and self-esteem. We have a dynamic speaker from the JHU ElderPlus PACE program who will talk about how their services can help support those who are able to live independently but may still need some outside care. We'll also share advice on how to handle the physical and the mental aspects of living your best independent life as you age. LUNCH WILL BE SERVED for all who are registered. |
